THIS BATHROOM REMODEL WAS COMPLETED IN Dec 2021. We wanted to use the bathroom for a few months before writing a review to ensure we were able to provide honest feedback after months of usage. PROJECT: DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM REMODEL Expanded a small square 36x36 shower to 45x40 size borrowing space from a hallway closet on the other side of the wall. Shower drain was relocated, but the toilet and dual faucet plumbing remained in place. Custom dual vanity was built. Single recessed light installed above shower head. Flooring was replaced throughout. Standard toilet was replaced with toilet with bidet that needed electrical. OVERALL: EXCELLENT Robert and Remodel Experts were GREAT TO WORK WITH!! We have ALREADY recommended them to our friends and family, and will CONTINUE to recommend them to friends and family. OUR EXPERIENCE: EXCELLENT Robert and the team are PATIENT and HONEST. They offered recommendations in areas of expertise, but left the design concepts to us. We were quite undecisive throughout the process, yet felt NO PRESSURE to make decisions for the most part, except for maybe a few instances were were under a subcontractors deadline. I was told it is impossible to get it just right, which made us feel like we were being too nit-picky. However, I felt we were paying a lot of $$ so we MUST get it right. Robert did his best to manage the situation. 1. Inconsistent spacing in some areas of the hexagon shower tiles 2. Drain installed slightly askew 3. Robert was honest and did not try to upsell us on anything. My condo was updated nearly 4 years ago in summer of 2017. The work that Robert and his team did is still looking great. He remodeled 3 bathrooms, floors, closets, canned ceiling lights, and painting/repair of all the walls/ceilings. The only part I didn't like was the floors which was actually done by a subcontractor team and it was my choice for the vinyl planks. The home was very difficult to level and I would have paid extra to have that done. The vinyl planks made it easy to notice imperfections on the subfloor. Should have picked hardwood. I'm very happy with everything else that was done by the core team at Remodel Experts. The plumbing and drywall/trim work was the highlight for me. For future customers, just be a little patient and don't rush the work. My wife made changes along the process and Robert accommodated every one of them. We did a major renovation on our Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Room, fireplace, floors, stairway railings and window replacements. This was our first remodel experience and given the pandemic we were nervous. Robert and his team stepped in and helped us elevate our design and took it to the next level. From the get go we discussed the process and began the transformation. Robert was professional and as was his team. He won the bid the because he communicated with us from the get go. We weren't passed around or ignored. Roberts team is the "Dream Team". His cabinet team did a phenomenal job on the cabinets in our kitchen, Bar, laundry room and bathroom. We went with the shaker style. They are sturdy and have a luxurious feel to it. He even recreated a customer Mantle for us based on a picture we saw on Pinterest. From there the Railings team created sturdy and elegant stairway railings that really tied the entire house together. The floors came out great, with the nice flow through throughout the house. There is a lot that goes into a remodel, lots of details. Robert and his team were patient and helped us create a beautiful yet elegant space. We performed a home remodel with Robert and his team at Remodel Experts after being referred to him by our interior designer. He and his team have shown some of the best work ethics and in fact performed our almost $50,000 renovations work finishing it within 5 weeks instead of the initial 8 week estimate! He could coordinate multiple members of his strong team to finish the work. There were 1-2 issues with some minor work, but the moment I told him about it, he immediately took action, and rectified the issues right away without any delays. Also, he is someone who is quite humble, and had a great personality that I could work with. We had got bids from some of the top rated contractors, but many contractors refused to do 1-2 complex stuff that we wanted for the ceilings, some others said they couldn’t do some other details we needed, but he came back with a yes to everything we wanted, and surprisingly his prices were the most reasonable among everyone. Today, I am able to move into my new home about 1 month earlier because of his and his teams hard work and efforts. I interviewed 3 contractors And decided to hire Remodel experts to add 1 car onto my existing 2 car garage. The work entailed landscape removal, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, stucco, window, drywall, roofing, brickwork, finish trim, and a new driveway. We hired Remodel Experts, Inc. to change and install all of our flooring for 4 bathrooms. The contractor, Robert Menchaca was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous with my husband and I and all of our questions. He was there from the beginning, the crew was always on time and ready to work and they even finished the job before the time allocated.
